US Aggregates Sales Coordinator Team

Welcome your new team of US Aggregates Sales Coordinators! Each of their journeys into the role has looked slightly different, just like the variations of aggregates they sell.

“The sales coordinators do a lot for us behind the scenes to help us run like a well-oiled machine,” US Aggregates Director of Business Development Caleb Brown voiced. He emphasized that they each take on different functions and duties depending on their respective markets, including delivery coordination, hauler relationship management, county bid research and overall supporting the sales managers. Closing with a message of gratitude, he exclaimed, “Sales coordinators are a vital piece to the overall customer experience when aggregates are purchased from US Aggregate, and the work they do is greatly appreciated!”

TERESA ADAMS

Meet Teresa Adams, she has been working at US Aggregates for five years. Her life has always been tied to sales. She has sold everything from cars to houses to aggregates. She has owned her own company, American Realty LLC since 2007 as a Real Estate Broker, and still gives house tours during her free time. The primary locations that she manages are the Cloverdale, Deer Creek and Midwest Calcium Carbonate plants. Teresa’s day to day is jam-packed with running scales in the morning, helping with truck dispatch, managing scheduling and assisting with bids. Sometimes her work even involves helping with emergency order pop-ups. She absolutely loves the family of drivers she works with daily and finds fulfillment in taking care of them. Teresa says a very special shoutout to Jordan, Scott and Taylor for being such phenomenal coworkers, always being a phone call away and making her job fun!

YVETTE FRITZ

Yvette started with US Aggregates just over 11 years ago. She admires all things art and historic architecture, turning the music up and going for a drive to see what she can discover along the way brings her peace. Yvette was hired as a QC Tech/Sales Clerk out of Francesville and often filled in for sales clerks or QC Techs at other locations. She then transitioned into a Logistics Coordinator role followed by joining the Northern Team Sales Coordinator position. Given her background, no two days look the same with her different roles. You can find Yvette collaborating with John Masterson, assisting with customer quotes in Ripple or working alongside site contractors and certified haulers with stone delivery requests to help organize those truck deliveries. Her favorite aspect of US Aggregates is the wonderful team she gets to work with daily. Everyone’s attention to detail and communication allows them to maintain efficiency and provide great customer service. Yvette finds fulfilling customer’s needs from the beginning of a project quote to site stone deliveries and finishing with the invoicing to be rewarding.

SCOTT RUBLE

Scott Ruble has been working at US Aggregates for about eight years. He started his aggregate career as a dump truck driver, which provides a unique perspective for his position as he knows what daily travel times and on-site tasks involve. He finds all things aviation and rocketry fascinating. Going to air and space museums he reflects on the history and wild nature of people literally strapping themselves to rockets/test planes, lighting the fuses and seeing what would happen. He works out of the Columbus quarry where he starts his morning ensuring all the sites are up and running as planned. Forecasting of projects between haulers, contractors and clerks are key in making his day successful. The most rewarding part of his job is being able to work with the plant clerks and aid in the development of their ticketing and dispatch skills.

JEFF SPANGLER

In September, Jeff Spangler will have been with US Aggregates for 30 years. His leisure time in the summer is filled with garden tractor pulling competitions with his wife across Central and Northern Indiana. Jeff starts his mornings at the Delphi location helping clerks with the morning rush of trucks, running second scales, and adding incoming trucks. Following the rush, he is proactive with checking the scheduled trucks and double-checking previous tickets for any discrepancies. In addition to Delphi, Jeff also helps with dispatching three other locations (Swisher, Thorntown, Crawfordsville) where he manages contractor and customer calls. If needed, he will also serve as a floater to cover any sales clerks across the locations for call-ins. One of his specialties involves dealing directly with Aglime customers on the agriculture side. The most exciting aspect of his job is the countless interesting customers he meets and gets to establish relationships with daily.

TIFFANY STAUCH

Tiffany has been a part of the US Aggregates team for over 25 years. What you may or may not know, is that she is a phenomenal baker (everything from scratch), and her favorite thing to bake is sticky buns. A typical day involves working alongside the sales teams and other departments to help customers get what they need. The most rewarding part of her job is being able to not only learn from different departments but to also get out to the quarries and see where the magic happens – especially if she gets to ride in one of the loaders! Over the years she has learned tons (rock joke), and her most important takeaway is that at US Aggregates, we are the foundation for everything. Aggregate is the foundation for the roads and highways we drive on, buildings and more. Tiffany uses this as a reminder to the importance of the work we do and it’s impact on our surrounding communities!

BECKY TOSCHLOG

Becky has worked at US Aggregates for around six years. A fun fact about Becky is that she was born at home with just her mom. She went to the hospital when she was an hour old, and because it was before cell phones, her mom waited for her dad to arrive. He owned the Bryant truck stop and was out changing someone’s tire along the side of the road. Her day to day varies between plant clerk and sales coordinator tasks as she is the eastern coverage plant clerk. She works closely with eastern sales and industrial minerals/portland fine grind sales. You may find her aging the five eastern sites along with 243 and Cloverdale, or entering invoices and fuel reports for Portland. Being as detailed as possible on a ticket is a key takeaway she has learned over the years. Becky finds her time with the Reynolds & Reynolds sales team exciting as there is never a dull moment with the group. She is also very appreciative that she has flexibility for coverage within the east and for all her coworkers.

Please take a moment to thank all six of our Sales Coordinators for the work they do daily to support US Aggregates! The relationship building, ability to adapt to changes in orders and overall wonderful energy they provide to everyone they interact with is what makes our customer service so great. If you see one of them in the field be sure to ask them about their fun facts.
